Genesishomes reports the sales success of its Westlake development in Northampton where just one apartment remains for sale for £23,750.
The one bedroom apartment is available on the open market for £95,000 however purchasers can pay just 25% to secure the property through the part-buy / part-rent initiative.
This allows people to buy a share in a property and pay a subsidised rent on the rest. Once purchased, the owner can also buy additional shares in the property if they wish, as and when they can afford to do so.
