Friends flock to new homes in Radcliffe

An incentive scheme that rewards friends and family members who buy new homes on a Taylor Wimpey Manchester development in Radcliffe is proving to be a roaring success.

The housebuilder has received more enquiries about its Recommend a Friend scheme from potential buyers at Chapelfield Park on Stand Lane than at any other development in the region.

Under the Taylor Wimpey Manchester Recommend a Friend scheme, when someone completes the purchase of their new home and recommends a friend who also buys a new home at the development, both parties receive £500 from Taylor Wimpey.

One of the homeowners who have taken advantage of the scheme is Anthony Horwich, who lives at Chapelfield Park with his wife Bev. Anthony has recommended four different people who have since bought properties at the development.

“We really liked the properties at Chapelfield Park – they were really good value for money, in a nice quiet area,” commented Anthony.

“The after sales care we’ve had has been fantastic – they have helped us so much and any questions we had, they answered. I was so impressed overall with the homes that I recommended them to four friends!”

Chapelfield Park is one of Taylor Wimpey Manchester’s most successful sites. The final phase of the development has now been released with just apartments left for sale.

Many of the homes at the development offer spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the nearby golf course. Prices start at just £99,995.

A limited number of affordable homes are also available at Chapelfield Park in association with Bury Metropolitan Council. Prices for these start at £63,750.
