New home savings to suit all in Leicestershire

The January sales have begun in Leicestershire, with savings to suit everyone when it comes to buying a new home.

Stamford Homes’ Ashby Heights development in Coalville is gearing up for a New Year of incentives and special offers to help curb the cost of moving – whether you are a first time buyer, key worker or looking to re-locate or move within the area.

However, for those who have an existing home to sell there is the Stamford Homes part exchange scheme.

Under the scheme, Stamford Homes will obtain two independent valuations on a customer’s behalf and make an offer on the average valuation of the home – taking the hassle out of the moving process.
