Sovereign House Fairbriar Homes is ensuring that buying a home this New Year at Ferry Village couldn’t be easier. The leading niche house builder is offering three ‘square deals’ throughout January by providing unbeatable prices on three properties – ensuring this is one sale not to be missed!

To make sure that each ‘square deal’ appeals to a range of buyers, Sovereign has included one, two and three-bedroom properties in the offer.

‘Plot 52’ is a high-specification, south facing one-bedroom apartment, which is priced at only £119,995 and includes free carpets throughout, perfect for the first time buyer.

For those looking to start 2010 by moving up the property ladder, then both ‘Plot 14’ and ‘Plot 35’ are sure to appeal. Plot 14, also a south facing property, is a well-planned two-bedroom apartment, which deftly demonstrates Sovereign’s hallmark quality specification and finish. Priced at £174,995, the property comes fully furnished, including carpeting and flooring throughout.

Finally, there is the rather grand three-bedroom apartment – Plot 35, with its elegant en-suite master bedroom and spacious, open-plan living area that spans an impressive 22 feet in length. Carpeting throughout is also included in the price of the apartment, which is available at £179,995.

Colin McLachlan, joint managing director of Sovereign House Developments, comments: “January is traditionally a time of year that consumers associate with great retail sales and bargains, and we wanted this to extend to the property market. Each of the apartments included within the ‘square deal’ offer are at very special prices and on a first come, first served basis – so we imagine they will be snapped up quite quickly.”

Also included as part of the ‘square deal’ package is Sovereign’s ‘Living Quarters’ initiative, which allows buyers to pay just 80 percent of the asking price now, but own 100 percent of their new home for the outset.  The remaining 20 percent is deferred for them by Sovereign, with an interest free 10-year loan, meaning buyers in 2010 need not pay the final 20 percent until 2020*.

In a joint venture partnership with Fairbriar Homes, Sovereign House’s striking properties at Ferry Village enjoy a premier position within this unique residential development in Renfrew.  Comprising a substantial range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom duplexes, of the 67 properties currently released, Sovereign’s bespoke approach has ensured that there are 50 exclusive designs to choose.

Testament to the company’s thoughtful approach to this project is the fact that despite tough market conditions last year, it sold out of its striking four-bedroom townhouses.

By enjoying such a prominent setting, many of Sovereign’s properties not only have the advantage of waterfront views over the River Clyde, but the heart of the Royal Burgh of Renfrew is within walking distance.  Furthermore, the development neighbours one of Scotland’s leading retail outlets – Braehead, making sure buyers quite literally have everything they need close to hand.

While easy access to the M8 provides effortless travel to Glasgow city centre, Paisley and Glasgow International Airport, the development’s location toward the end of Kings Inch Road allows residents to benefit from a quiet, waterfront retreat that belies its proximity to such a hub of activity.

With early signs already indicating a swell of interest in the company’s three ‘square deals’, Sovereign may consider making this offer a more regular feature over the coming months, ensuring that each new deal encompasses a range of properties and prices.
