House-hunters looking to make the next link in the property chain can avoid the hassle and headache of the homes market in an instant – by part-exchanging for a brand new family-size house at Wootton Meadows.

Those trading up to a stylish four-bedroom home at this sought-after Taylor Wimpey development, near King’s Lynn, will receive the full market value* for their existing property off the purchase price.

With three spacious new homes available to choose from in Part Exchange for a current property, movers are being urged to get in touch and make sure they qualify for the superb scheme today.

Stacy Dornan, Associate Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, says: “The process of buying and moving to a new home can be a frustrating and time-consuming experience, but our fantastic Part Exchange initiative makes moving incredibly easy.

“Part Exchange is available now on the final trio of four-bedroom homes at Wootton Meadows, but with properties selling fast it’s an offer that can’t last for much longer.

“I would urge movers to get in touch with us without delay to avoid missing out on the home of their dreams.”

Quick-off-the-mark property-seekers can benefit from Part Exchange by choosing the four-bedroom detached ‘Notley’ at just £219,995, the ‘Thurston’ at only £229,995 or the stunning ‘Quince’ available for an exceptional-value £289,995.

Boasting an attractive classical design and double frontage, the ‘Quince’ enjoys a wonderfully spacious layout including a large kitchen/dining room with separate utility room, a light and airy lounge opening through French doors to the private rear garden, a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway and a further reception room which could be used as a formal dining room or family room.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a second en-suite bedroom, plus two further bedrooms and a main bathroom.

The property also benefits from a double car port outside, and like all new homes at Wootton Meadows, the ‘Quince’ is completed to a high standard specification, including double glazing, central heating and fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

As alternatives to the homes available under the Part Exchange scheme, buyers can opt for the three-bedroom ‘Hadleigh’ end terraced house for only £157,995.

Taylor Wimpey also offers incentives for first-time buyers, including assistance with deposits, legal fees or removals, which can be tailored to customers’ individual circumstances and are subject to availability. Further details are available from the Sales Executive.

Wootton Meadows boasts a location that has everything – the local shops, schools and amenities of South Wootton village, the attractions of King’s Lynn, and miles of unspoilt coastline close by.

South Wootton lies on the edge of King’s Lynn and is home to a doctor’s surgery, a supermarket, schools and nurseries, while King’s Lynn Golf Club is less than a mile from the development.

Historic King’s Lynn boasts a wide choice of high street and independent shops, restaurants and bars, sports and leisure facilities and a thriving twice-weekly market. The seaside towns of Snettisham, Heacham and Hunstanton are all within about 10 miles of home.

For commuters, King’s Lynn station is less than three miles from the development and provides services to Cambridge and London King’s Cross, while the A47 and A10 are within a few minutes’ drive, putting Peterborough, the A1, Norwich and Cambridge within easy reach.
