Movie magic at Copthorne Sheffield
Movie lovers and fine dining enthusiasts are in for a film-themed treat this month, as a leading Sheffield hotel celebrates its first anniversary in the city.
Top city boutique venue the Copthorne Hotel Sheffield is celebrating its first birthday by hosting a blockbuster night of cinema themed entertainment in its renowned 1855 restaurant, on Saturday 23 January.
Hollywood entertainment will be provided by a trio of top artists including vocalists Richard Beavis and Jack Woods, who will entertain diners with a mix of movie theme tunes from hit flicks across the decades.
A special anniversary four course menu features favourite dishes including corn fed chicken, champagne sorbet and a bitter chocolate fondue.
The movie event is the first of a number of entertaining evenings which the hotel will host throughout the year. A jazz evening will take place on March 6th and will include a four course dinner in the award winning restaurant.

“We wanted to put on a truly special evening of entertainment to allow our loyal guests, or perhaps debut diners, to help celebrate with us.”
The evening starts at 7.30pm and tickets cost £34.95. Booking is essential. For more information about this or future events, or to book, visit milleniumhotels.co.uk/copthornesheffield.
