New into the portfolio this year comes Rumours, a detached house set on a hill above the popular resort of Saundersfoot.  Sleeping ten in five bedrooms, the house boasts a terrace with heated swimming pool and superb sea views.  Rental per week is between £1372 and £3497.

Also coming onto the books from July is Rydal Mount, a spacious Victorian mid-terrace house in the popular seaside town of Tenby and with easy walking distance of the north beach as well as shops, bars and restaurants.  Sleeping 14 in seven bedrooms, Rydal Mount costs between £807 and £2335 for a week’s rental.
