There are few better ways to say ‘I love you’ than by choosing a place to spend the future together – and this Valentine’s weekend Bryant Homes is offering couples a perfect setting for their romance to blossom.

As well as surprising their beloved with the promise of a stylish new home together, couples coming along to the Chestnut Grove development in Hucknall on Saturday 13th or Sunday 14th February can take part in a fun balloon release, and send their names flying away on an incredible journey together through the skies.

And the couple whose bio-degradable balloon and tag is found and returned from the furthest location will win a once-in-a-lifetime hot air balloon ride for two, with a remarkable bird’s eye view over the Nottinghamshire countryside – and they might even spot their own home among the streets below!

Carolyne Watkinson, Regional Sales Manager for Taylor Wimpey East Midlands, says: “We’re offering couples some heart-warming incentives to help them purchase a home together this Valentine’s weekend, including the chance to double their deposit when they reserve an apartment!”

Deposit Match means buyers who can put down a deposit of up to 5% of the purchase price of their brand new property – a sum of around £4,700 – will have this matched by Bryant Homes, helping them make a larger initial down-payment on their home to secure the right mortgage.

Deposit Match is also popular with parents who are trying to support their children in purchasing their first home.

Just one of the new apartments available at Chestnut Grove is the delightful two-bedroom, two-bathroom ‘Papplewick’, priced just £95,995 and an ideal choice for couples seeking to own a stylish first home together.

Characterised by a good-sized lounge with a semi-open plan kitchen – perfect for those who enjoy each other’s company whilst cooking – this wonderfully designed home also boasts an en-suite master bedroom, a second bedroom and a main bathroom.

Like all new apartments at Chestnut Grove, the two-bedroom ‘Papplewick’ has an allocated parking space, and is completed to a high standard specification, including a contemporary fitted kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, hob and hood.

Customers in search of something more expansive can choose from a selection of four-bedroom homes currently available to reserve and priced from only £204,995.

And as an alternative to Deposit Match, Bryant’s Marketmover programme enables customers with a property to reserve their new home and then sit back and relax while the housebuilder finds a buyer for their current property and pays the estate agents’ fees.

Customers can also take advantage of the leading housebuilder’s bespoke moving package comprising free UK removal, regardless of distance or size of property, full packing and unpacking service and insurance cover.

Incentives can be tailored to circumstances and are subject to availability. Further information is available from the Homes Consultant.

Chestnut Grove lies on the southern edge of Hucknall close to picturesque open countryside, and takes its name from the beautiful copse of mature chestnut trees which are being preserved on the fringes of this attractive location, along with other native English species.

The development is ideally located within easy reach of Nottingham, one of the country’s most vibrant destinations for shopping, leisure and nightlife.

Closer still, Hucknall is home to shops catering for everyday needs and more, while Bestwood Country Park – 650 acres of wildflower meadows, ancient oak woodland and mill lakes teeming with water birds – is just a short distance away.

To find out more about the new homes – and take part in the special Valentine’s Balloon Release – visit Chestnut Grove Marketing Suite, located off Nottingham Road, Hucknall, open this Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th February between 10.30am and 5.30pm.

Chestnut Grove is also open each week, Thursday to Monday, from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
