Potential homebuyers in Derbyshire are being given a helping hand to move into a new property following the launch of the Part Exchange Price Promise from Miller Homes East Midlands.

The initiative is designed to assist more people in achieving the dream of owning a new home by offering a guarantee that they will receive 100 per cent of any increase in the sale price of their current property, after costs, should they choose to Part Exchange the house for one of Miller’s new homes.

Joy Goodman, sales director for Miller Homes East Midlands, commented: “There are currently a lot of people wanting to move into a new property, but feel that they can’t.

“Part Exchange provides the guarantee of a cash buyer and removes the need for either a Home Information Pack or bridging loan. In addition, there’s also no extra expenditure on advertising costs or estate agents fees, making it an extremely affordable option.

“As part of the Promise, we are also providing additional benefits, including license to remain in the previous property for up to a week after completion, packaging and removal services, and 12 months Accident, Sickness and Unemployment cover.

The Part Exchange Price Promise is being made available on selected properties at a number of developments across Derbyshire, including Highfields Park, which is situated next to the sought-after suburb of Darley Abbey.

Highfields Park benefits from easy access to major commuter routes, making it simple to travel to Nottingham, Leicester and Birmingham, whilst the nearby city of Derby is within walking distance at just a mile away.

Boasting green open spaces and beautiful landscaped surroundings, with Darley and Markeaton Parks just a short walk away, together with excellent local schools, Highfields Park is the ideal haven for both families and couples.

Amongst the properties available as part of the initiative at Highfields Park is the five-bedroomed, detached Byron-style home, available at £379,950. The carefully designed family home features dormer windows, a study and separate dedicated IT area, and additional family shower room.

“98 per cent of our customers have said that they would recommend Miller Homes to their best friend,” added Joy. “This goes to show that in our 75th year in the industry, our continued dedication to offering affordable options with an increased sense of confidence and security is just as popular as ever.”
