With the property market recovery rapidly picking up pace, house-hunters are being urged to act now to secure a great price on a brand new home at Pinnacles, Taylor Wimpey’s exclusive gated development in Woking, Surrey.

According to the Land Registry, Halifax and Nationwide – the biggest names around when it comes to monitoring Britain’s house prices – the typical property has added nearly £12,000* to its value since April 2009, while the Land Registry also reports that the average price of a home in Surrey has shot up by more than 8%**.

By reserving a brand new home now, buyers will receive a guaranteed price which remains unchanged – even if the cost of similar properties has increased by the time it is ready to move into.

Tim Betts, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “With the homes market continuing to grow every month, the incredible value prices currently on offer at Pinnacles cannot last for much longer.

“That’s why now is exactly the right time for property-seekers to make their move and secure their dream home while conditions are so favourable.”
