Bauer Millett secures “approved dealer status” for Cadillac, Corvette

Leading Manchester independent retailer, Bauer Millett, last week signed contracts with GM UK to secure approved dealer status for the legendary Cadillac and Corvette brands. It has been an official HUMMER dealer since August 2007.

Bauer Millett is the only independent dealer among the five retail sites in the UK representing the three iconic American car brands from GM. The others are located in central London, Reading, Birmingham, Newcastle and Edinburgh.

Cadillac’s right-hand drive UK line-up features the midsize BLS saloon and BLS Wagon, the forthcoming CTS executive saloon, the versatile, all-wheel drive SRX, and the rear-wheel drive STS luxury saloon. The commanding and globally recognised Escalade SUV completes the full model range.

The iconic Corvette two-seater sports car is available in both coupe and convertible forms. The C6 boasts a 6.2-litre V8 engine producing 435bhp while the race-bred Z06, the fastest and most powerful production car ever offered by General Motors, has a 7.0-litre V8 engine developing 512bhp.

The two HUMMER models, the H2 and the recently introduced more compact H3, each remain true to the rugged brand’s imposing presence and legendary performance both on- and off-road.
