Happy to recommend a friend to Stamford Homes - David Knibbs and Margarita

Despite the challenges of last year’s credit crunch, new homes builder Stamford Homes has maintained a very impressive ranking amongst its customers – and is off to a flying start for 2010.

The results of customer experience surveys throughout a 12-month period have revealed an overall 99 per cent of Stamford Homes’ occupiers would confidently recommend Stamford Homes to a friend.

And for three out of the four quarters, the Peterborough-based new homes builder scored a full house of 100 per cent recommendation.

The 99th customers happy to recommend a friend and move into a plush new home of their own is David Knibbs and Margarita Smith – who recently moved into their Stamford home at Newark.

Medical Liaison Manager, Margarita, said: “We are absolutely thrilled with our new home; the standard and quality of finish is superb and we would have no hesitation in recommending Stamford Homes to anyone. The whole process of purchasing our house from our first visit to the development through to moving in has been a delight!”

Regional sales and marketing director Peter Bond said: “Given the tough year for businesses all round during 2009 these results have certainly made the challenges all the more worthwhile.

“To have an overall figure of 99 per cent of our customers confident enough to recommend us to a friend is remarkable reflection of our product, incentives and customer service which we are all very proud of.

“This is a useful benchmark by which we can compare ourselves to the competition. However, despite this marvellous result, we cannot afford to be complacent and will continue to strive towards perfection.”
