Affordable new homes in North Cornelly
Buying a home of your own in North Cornelly could be more affordable than you think with Redrow.
Research by the housing charity Shelter* suggests that almost one in four 18 to 34-year-olds are still living with their parents; often because they believe they can’t afford a place of their own.

“The deferred payment is designed to help first time buyers, who would otherwise be priced out of the property market, to invest in their future and a home of their own rather than spending ‘dead’ money on rent,” Rachael explained.
“It also eases some of the stress of having to save for a large deposit as with ‘easi:buy’ purchasers only have to apply for a mortgage which represents 75% of the full value of the property – hopefully giving them access to some of the better interest rates around.”
The ‘easi:buy’ payment is subject to terms and conditions and the deferred element is paid back at market value at the time of payment, which could go down as well as up.
