Increased mortgage availability for first time buyers

Mortgage availability has not been kind to first time buyers in recent times; however, according to new research there are over 3,000 mortgage products available for the first time since early 2009.

This is a positive indication that the property market is once again making a comeback. First time buyers can take advantage of the increased mortgage availability by purchasing at the striking new build development, Chatham Place, Reading, where one bedroom apartments can be purchased from as little as £155,000!
