Would-be first-time buyers who think they can’t afford to step on to the property ladder can find the answer to their problems with Taylor Wimpey.

HomeBuy Direct, a joint initiative from the leading housebuilder and the Homes and Communities Agency, lets qualifying buyers secure 100% of selected brand new homes at developments across the region for just 70% of the purchase price.

Under this amazing shared-equity scheme, purchasers need only raise a 5% deposit and Taylor Wimpey will help arrange a mortgage covering 65% of the price tag.

The remaining 30% equity comes in the form of a great-value loan which is interest-free for the first five years and low-interest for up to 20 years thereafter.

Daniel McGowan, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey North Midlands, says: “HomeBuy Direct is a fantastic opportunity that aspiring homeowners cannot afford to miss. And because it’s open to buyers with a household income of £60,000 or less, many would-be purchasers who might have otherwise assumed they did not qualify for shared-equity assistance can take advantage.

“However, this incredible offer is available only on a strictly limited basis, so I would urge anyone with an interest to contact us without delay – before it’s too late!”

HomeBuy Direct is available now on selected properties at the following developments:

BIRMINGHAM

Latimer Square, Oldbury

SHROPSHIRE

Castleford, Market Drayton
Earls Meadow, Wem

STAFFORDSHIRE

The Pinnacle, Stoke-on-Trent
Canalside Wharf, Weston

Full details of the HomeBuy Direct scheme, including terms and conditions, are available from the Sales Executive.
