High-spec show home to launch at Elements

16th March 2010 Print

Properties at Crest Nicholson’s sought after Elements development at Parkviews in Epsom, are selling fast with over 50% of the first phase already sold.

To showcase the beautiful homes on offer, a stunning new four bedroom detached show-home will be launched at the development this weekend (20th – 21st March), designed to highlight the potential of these stylish family homes. Prospective purchasers are invited down to the site to view the property and receive expert advice from the experienced Sales Advisors.

The interior of the show home has been designed to the highest specifications by interior designers Omnific. With a family in mind, they have given one of the bedrooms a fun jungle theme, with a ‘jeep-bed’ and jungle wall murals. The downstairs kitchen/dining room has been designed to appeal to families who like to entertain. The sleek designer kitchen is open-plan with walnut, soft close cabinets, granite work tops and integrated appliances including a ceramic hob and warming drawer, complementing the stunning cream ceramic floor tiles that run through to the dining area, where three stunning pendant lights hang above the table. The specifications throughout the rest of the house are also of a high standard with a Villeroy and Boch bathroom and en-suite.

Tracey Brady, Sales & Marketing Director, Crest Nicholson South comments: “Elements is an outstanding new development that became instantly popular to a range of buyers including commuters and young families looking to seize the opportunity to buy outside of London so they can enjoy some beautiful countryside and a garden but still have a fast and easy journey to work. This spacious four bedroom show home perfectly demonstrates the family houses on offer at Elements and should help give purchasers some design inspiration for their own home.”

Parkviews itself comprises 322 contemporary eco-friendly two, three and four bedroom houses. As part of their meticulous design to meet the highest Eco-Homes standards, the homes will include air source heat pumps, water butts and recycling bins. Residents at the development could also cut their energy bills, as 20 per cent of energy will be generated from on-site renewable sources.

Homes at Elements also meet the Government’s Lifetime Homes Standards, which means that they are designed to be adaptable throughout an entire lifetime, reducing the need to move or for home help. Consequently, the design incorporates features for wheelchair accessibility, the benchmark for good space requirement, such as WC’s with appropriate access and doors with level thresholds for parents with pushchairs and small children, as well as wheelchair users. Stairs will also incorporate provision for a future stair lift installation.

As part of Crest Nicholson’s on-going commitment to creating sustainable communities, the development will feature a green travel plan. Cycle routes will be created to encourage a healthier lifestyle and there will also be a bus route running through the development, which Crest Nicholson will be urging prospective home owners to use, along with the convenient local rail services within easy reach.

Elements benefits from being situated close to excellent transport links, as well as being in close proximity to the beautiful Surrey countryside to the south of Epsom for homeowners looking to enjoy the great outdoors. The site is a short distance from Epsom Common and Horton Country Park while Epsom Downs and its iconic race course are also close by. For commuters, Ewell West Station and Epsom Station are within a short distance of the development with train journeys into London taking approximately 35 minutes. The M25 and A3 are also within easy reach.

Prices at Elements start at £294,995 for a two bedroom house, £349,995 for a three bedroom house and £499,995 for a four bedroom house. For further information visit crestnicholson.com/elements.
