Through Family and Friends Advantage, anyone who contributes a deposit of up to 20% of the price of a brand new Taylor Wimpey home will receive a yearly return on their investment at the attractive rate of 5% per annum.

For example, a £30,000 deposit on a £150,000 property would guarantee a return of £1,500 each year and a total of £7,500 over the five-year period – that’s a quarter of the overall investment amount.

This comes with an added financial benefit of refunding the valuation fee direct to the purchaser.
