A taste of the high life in Macclesfield

Local househunters are being invited for a taste of the high life at Jasmine Park, a stunning Taylor Wimpey development of new homes in Macclesfield.

The housebuilder is hosting a wine tasting event at Jasmine Park between 12 noon and 4.30pm on Saturday 27th March. Guests will be able to sample a variety of rose, red, white and sparkling wines at the event and be given an exclusive tour of some of the new properties available for sale at the development.

Everyone who attends will be entered into a prize draw and one of the guests will win a luxury collection of selected wines.

The event is being hosted in a stylish Davenport View Home by Taylor Wimpey Manchester and 34 Wines.

34 Wines is run by a team of expert wine tasters who have been staging wine tasting events for more than three years. At the Jasmine Park event, guests will be tutored on the techniques behind wine tasting, as well as sampling some of the wines on offer.

The Davenport housetype features three bedrooms, one of which comes complete with en-suite bathroom, a separate living room and kitchen, a family bathroom, private garden and allocated parking space. Prices start at £234,995.

Visitors to the Jasmine Park wine tasting event will be able to see other housetypes too. The cleverly designed three bedroom Danebridge home and the spacious four bedroom 3 storey Winchester family home will both be open to view.

And the recently launched Ashley and Eaton showhomes will also be available to see. Both have been beautifully designed and decorated by Taylor Wimpey’s team of expert interior designers.

Taylor Wimpey’s trained sales consultants will also be on hand to explain the range of special incentives and schemes available at the development including part exchange and Easystart, an innovative scheme for first time buyers where purchasers can own 100 per cent of a property at Jasmine Park but pay just 85 per cent of the price now.
