Pinnacles offers the perfect location

When a work opportunity meant Dan and Karen Lee needed to move from Aberdeen to a new place in Woking, location was a crucial factor in their choice of home.
Having been used to living just minutes from the amenities of the city centre and yet just a short drive from the breathtaking Scottish countryside, they knew their new house would have to provide the best of both worlds.
One quick internet search later and the couple discovered the place they were looking for – in Taylor Wimpey’s Pinnacles on the outskirts of Woking.
Not only is this sought-after brand new homes collection within easy reach of the town centre and a short train journey from central London, but it is also just a stone’s throw from picturesque rural Surrey.
Karen says: “I like to be as close to the country as possible while still enjoying all the benefits of living in a town, and Pinnacles has everything we need.
“I love the fact that it’s surrounded by trees and greenery and there are plenty of places to go walking nearby, but it’s still within walking distance of the centre of Woking and the transport links to central London and Heathrow are great.”
Karen and her husband both own their own apartments in Aberdeen, where they lived before they were married in Las Vegas in July last year. They decided to move after Dan, an Advanced Engineering Manager, accepted a new job in Knaphill, Surrey.
The couple chose the stunning four-bedroom ‘Finsbury’ showhome, attracted by its spacious interior, including a light and airy kitchen/dining room opening through to a large conservatory, and moved into their new home in November.
“There’s so much natural light and the conservatory really opens up the living space, which is fantastic,” Karen says. “And because it was the showhome, we had all the mod-cons included while the garden is a lovely size. It took us no time at all to settle in and we absolutely love living here.”
Property-seekers can still choose from a selection of homes available at Pinnacles, including delightful one-bedroom apartments from just £199,995, two-bedroom designs from only £232,995, and a magnificent two-bedroom penthouse apartment priced £345,995.
Those in search of something a little more expansive, meanwhile, can reserve the four-bedroom semi-detached ‘Cranswick’ townhouse with en-suite master bedroom, spacious first-floor lounge, garage and additional parking, priced only £429,995.
Pinnacles is a exclusive, gated development is set in the grounds of St Peter’s Convent in Maybury Hill, and comprises just seven four-bedroom homes, one coach house and a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments.
Woking’s railway station is less than a mile from the new homes, offering frequent and fast services to Waterloo, while the M25, M3 and A3 are all close by and Heathrow Airport is just a short drive away.
Woking itself boasts a wealth of choice for shopping, entertainment and leisure, with two modern shopping centres, a multi-screen cinema, the New Victoria Theatre, first-class sporting facilities and a multitude of restaurants, pubs and bars.
