House-hunters seeking a new home in Cippenham, West London, can call upon a wealth of experience to help get them moving – in the form of Taylor Wimpey Sales Executives Denise Boddy and Katrina Gould.

The well-informed pair have between them clocked up more than 25 years’ service for the leading house-builder, and having worked together at eight different new homes sites over the years, they are now based at the brand new Kings Park development in Cippenham.

Explains Katrina, “We’ve worked together in Hillingdon, Newbury, Thatcham, Langley, Maidenhead and Reading, and, before the launch of Kings Park, we were at Sandringham, Taylor Wimpey’s development in Ruislip.

“We feel like a little team out on site, and really enjoy the buzz of helping people find their perfect new homes and guiding them through the moving process until they are settled in.

“Many customers stay in touch long after they have moved in, and we’re delighted that we can play a part in helping them to change their lives for the better.”

Katrina was looking for a new home when she first met Denise, after popping into her Sales Centre in Langley over a decade ago. They soon found themselves working together, and have made a great team ever since.

“We tend to think in the same way and can pretty much finish each other’s sentences,” says Denise. “And even though we share the week between us, and so don’t see each other for days at a time, we have an update on the phone each day to make sure our customers receive a seamless service, no matter which one of us they speak to!”

Having taken the first reservation on a four-bedroom detached house at Kings Park, Katrina and Denise are looking forward to meeting the future owners of all 45 properties at the development, which comprises three and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments.

Among their favourite homes at the development are the two-bedroom ‘Beech’ garden flat at plot 5, which boasts a private front door and enclosed rear garden for just £184,995, and the traditional three-bedroom semi-detached ‘Hawthorn’ at plot 8, which is priced at just £284,995 with garage and private parking.

The full range of homes currently available to reserve at Kings Park also includes four-bedroom houses from just £294,995.

Built on the site of the former Western House School in leafy Cippenham, Kings Park will enjoy a spacious layout amid carefully landscaped grounds – as well as all the advantages of a well-serviced community benefiting from excellent commuter links.

The host of everyday local amenities include shops, a supermarket, a leisure centre with swimming pool and gym, plus a good choice of primary and secondary schools within walking distance.

Slough town centre is just over a mile away and offers a wide selection of high street and independent shops, the Queensmere Observatory shopping centre, restaurants, pubs, clubs, cinemas, sports facilities and entertainment venues.

For commuters, junction 7 of the M4 is just a mile and a half from the development while Burnham railway station, which offers regular services to London Paddington in little over half an hour, is just a short walk away. Those travelling further afield will also appreciate that Heathrow Airport is just 11 miles from Kings Park.

Kings Park Sales Information Centre is located off Mallard Drive, Cippenham, SL1 5BN, and is open seven days a week from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
