With moving house constantly ranked amongst the most stressful life experiences, Miller Homes East Midlands is using the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend to launch a new initiative to take away some of the strain.

Movemaker+ is a new and improved version of the original Movemaker, with a host of additional benefits to offer prospective homebuyers a helping hand to move into the property of their dreams. These include the payment of HIPs, stamp duty, survey fees, packaging and removal costs, and the possibility of part exchange if the buyer’s present property is not sold within six to eight weeks.

In addition, all of the original benefits of Movemaker are available, including two free valuations, the appointment of two local Estate Agents and an extensive advertising campaign, with all of the agent’s fees and advertising costs covered by Miller Homes.

The initiative is being launched this Easter at three of the most popular developments within easy commuting distance of Nottingham: Laurel Wolds in Cotgrave, Dukes Mead in Bingham and Cleves Place in Melton Mowbray.

Joy Goodman, sales director for Miller Homes East Midlands, commented: “There’s no doubt that confidence is returning to the property market, but that doesn’t change the fact that moving house can be a very stressful time.

“Movemaker+ aims to take away some of the pressure and make the process more straightforward and problem-free, ensuring that the buyer is secure in the knowledge that their journey to owning a new home will be a smooth one.

“Easter is a real family occasion, so we want to invite the whole family along to explore our developments and find out how we can help to them to move into an affordable, quality home.”

Movemaker+ is available on selected properties at the developments, including The Shakespeare at Laurel Wolds, a detached, three-bedroomed home with a utility room, en-suite shower room and an asking price of £249,950, the three-bedroomed Auden at Dukes Mead, priced at £208,950, and the detached, four-bedroomed Coniston-style home at Cleves Place, available at £229,950.

Situated just a few miles to the east of Nottingham, Laurel Wolds enjoys a rural ambience while still being in close proximity to the attractions of the city.

Dukes Mead is just a few minutes walk from the centre of the lively market town of Bingham and benefits from excellent transport links to Nottingham and nearby Newark.

The small, beautifully landscaped, Cleves Place development sits alongside the River Eye and is just half a mile from the picturesque centre of Melton Mowbray.
