Spot the difference with Miller in Cotgrave this Easter

Families in Nottinghamshire are being invited to spot the difference at one of Miller Homes East Midlands’ developments this Easter as part of a new competition during a fun-packed Bank Holiday weekend.
The event will be taking place at the housebuilder’s Laurel Wolds development in the village of Cotgrave, from Good Friday, 2 April, until Bank Holiday Monday, 5 April.
As part of the contest, visitors will be given an entry form with two pictures of a new home on it, and will be invited to spot a number of differences between the images. Anyone who notices all of the alterations will be entered into a prize draw for their chance to win a VIP family ticket to Alton Towers.
Joy Goodman, sales director for Miller Homes East Midlands, commented: “Easter is a real family occasion, so we wanted to run a competition that everyone could get involved in, while also getting the chance to explore Laurel Wolds.
“As well as getting the opportunity to win a great prize, visitors can also find out about some of the options we have available to make the dream of owning a quality new home an affordable reality.”
Laurel Wolds benefits from an attractive rural location, while being in easy commuter distance of Nottingham, Leicester, Loughborough and Newark.
Amongst the properties available at the development is The Montgomery, a three-bedroomed, semi-detached family home, benefiting from a spacious entrance hall and en-suite shower room. Priced at £179,950, the property is also available as part of the MiWay initiative, offering the buyer a long-term equity loan that allows them to pay 80 per cent of the purchase price, with the remaining 20 per cent payable at a later date.
“With confidence returning to the market, we’re hoping for a record-breaking Easter,” added Joy. “And as an extra treat, everyone who joins us at Laurel Wolds over the Bank Holiday weekend will be presented with an Easter egg to take home and enjoy.”
All entries for the Big Easter Spot the Difference competition must be submitted by 5.30pm on Monday 5 April.
