Dreams of owning a brand new property could soon be a reality for home hunters in Altrincham thanks to Redrow.

From two-bedroom coach-house style apartments, to four-bedroom family homes there’s something to suit almost every buyer’s taste and budget at Redrow’s Stamford Brook venture.

Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), said: “From first-time buyers to families in search of the all-important extra space there’s something for everyone at Stamford Brook. But finding your dream home is the easy part – raising a large cash deposit can prove more difficult.

“Whether you’re making your first step onto the property ladder or trading up to somewhere bigger, Redrow is here to help. To help customers invest in their dream home we’re offering to contribute 5% towards their deposit on selected plots.”

The incentive is available on selected two-bedroom coach-house style apartments, priced from £134,995, and three-bedroom ‘Derwent’ style homes, from £245,995.

“With an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, the apartments enjoy a sense of space and are ideal for first time buyers and downsizers alike,” Elaine commented.

“Designed over three floors, the ‘Derwent’ offers a flexible solution to modern living. The ground floor features an open plan kitchen/diner and separate lounge; while upstairs the bedrooms boast fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom is complete with en-suite. On the top floor we’ve cleverly converted what would otherwise have been empty roof space to provide a study or fourth bedroom.”

The homes at Stamford Brook are built on land that once formed part of the National Trust’s Dunham Massey estate and will eventually boast seven hectares of community woodland, wildlife corridors, orchards and open spaces.

Close to some top performing schools, Stamford Brook is the ideal place to raise a family.

Residents can also do their grocery shopping on their doorstep at the nearby Waitrose store, while the Trafford Centre is just a short distance away for those who want to indulge in some more extensive retail therapy.
