Buyers in the Nottinghamshire market town of Bingham will be able to enjoy more than a look through the keyhole as Redrow throws open the doors to two stylish new show homes.

Catherine Cloke, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (Midlands), said: “At Redrow we understand that buying a new home is a big decision and that our customers want to look around a property and get a feel of what it would be like as their home. That’s why we’ve opened not one but two new show homes at our Mill Hill venture in Bingham.”

A blend of two-bedroom apartments and three, four and five-bedroom homes, Mill Hill is set in a desirable rural location on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, an area of outstanding natural beauty yet only nine miles from Nottingham.

Redrow enlisted professional designers from Alexander James Interiors to showcase all that Mill Hill has to offer.

Interior designer Lauren Alldis explained: “We’ve dressed the three-bedroom ‘Dunmore’ with young professionals in mind. The neutral colour palette has accents of olive and sage greens, which add warmth yet are still light and fresh. In the open plan lounge-diner we’ve used some key on-trend pieces of furniture, giving the home a contemporary and eclectic look.

“The larger show home, the four-bedroom ‘Lynton’ has a softer, more family oriented feel about it. The neutral palette is complemented by accents of warm blues, greys and beiges with more classic furniture. The ‘Lynton’ has the added bonus of a separate dining room and to highlight this great entertaining space we’ve set a table for six guests.”

For those inspired by the show homes, a similar three-bedroom ‘Dunmore’ could be yours for £164,995, while the four-bedroom ‘Lynton’ is currently available from £274,000.

Catherine said: “Anyone serious about investing in a new home in the Nottingham area should visit Mill Hill to see all that we have to offer. Buying a brand new home could save you time and money as, unlike some older, second hand properties, it won’t need expensive repairs or renovations. All Redrow homes feature contemporary kitchens with top name appliances, plus modern bathrooms and en-suites with sleek white suites and quality fixtures and fittings.”

For more information, visit the new show homes at Mill Hill, open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.
