Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is preparing to open the doors of two beautifully decorated showhomes at Blenheim Grange, its popular development in the market town of Watton, Norfolk.

The new homes nestle in a peaceful woodland location on the eastern fringes of Watton, a thriving community in its own right, with shops for everyday needs and a choice of nursery and primary schools, and Thetford just 15 miles away and Norwich only 20 miles.

And to ensure homebuyers receive a tantalising taste of what life could be like in this exquisite setting, expert interior designers have been putting the finishing touches to the fabulous four-bedroom ‘Shalford’ show house and two-bedroom ‘Ardleigh’ coach house-style show apartment, which will be unveiled to the public at 10am on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th April.

Stacy Dornan, Associate Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “These gorgeous showhomes provide a fantastic opportunity to visualise what living in this brand new community could be like.

“There’s a stunning selection of homes available to reserve now at Blenheim Grange offering something for every buyer, from stylish two-bedroom starter homes through to spacious three and four-bedroom houses.

“And with a range of time and money-saving incentives also on offer to make choosing a home here even easier, this development really is a must-see destination for house-hunters in Norfolk.”

The two-bedroom coach house-style ‘Ardleigh’ apartment is ideal for first-time buyers, and features a spacious lounge/dining room with open-plan kitchen, two well-proportioned bedrooms and a bathroom off the private entrance hallway.

The impressive four-bedroom ‘Shalford’, meanwhile, is perfect for growing families and benefits from a large kitchen/breakfast room and separate light and airy lounge – each opening through French doors to the private rear garden – with a dining room and guest cloakroom completing the ground floor.

Upstairs, the landing leads to the master bedroom with dual aspect windows and a handy en-suite, plus three further good-sized bedrooms and a main bathroom.

Alternatively, the two-bedroom ‘Rothay’ coach house is priced from as little as £106,995 and a choice of three-bedroom houses is also available, with prices ranging from only £135,995 to just £154,995.

All new homes at Blenheim Grange are completed to a high standard specification, including central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Among the range of incentives on offer at the development is the fantastic Family and Friends Advantage scheme, providing those with a deposit of up to 20% of the purchase price of selected properties with a generous 5% return on their investment every year for five years – that’s a quarter of the deposit amount.

Alternatively, first-time buyers with a 5% deposit and a household income of less than £60,000 a year could qualify for a HomeBuy Direct low-interest loan covering up to 30% of the value of a selected new home.

Those with a home to sell, meanwhile, can choose to use the easymover scheme, through which Taylor Wimpey will find a buyer for their current property in just a few weeks – and can even pay the estate agency fees.

The launch of the new showhomes at the development located off Norwich Road, between Watton and Carbrooke, is taking place on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th April from 10am to 5pm. Normal opening hours are Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm and Mondays from 1pm to 5pm.
