Having an accident in your car can be a real inconvenience – no matter how minor the damage – with the numerous phone calls, arrangements for estimates as well as finding a replacement car.

With this in mind Suzuki GB PLC is pleased to announce the launch of its new Accident Management programme; a one stop shop for its customers to help ease the inconvenience and greatly reduce the time consuming process associated with dealing with damage repair after a collision.

The new scheme has been set up with the collaboration of Verex Group, well renowned specialists with 30 years experience in vehicle manufacturer insurance and accident management aftercare. Verex Group has an established high success rate in processing customer claims, essentially reducing the amount of administrative steps required to deal with an accident and helping minimise customer inconvenience.

The Verex Group has a comprehensive field engineer structure in place, divided into eight regions across the UK that supports Suzuki’s 100 approved bodyshops and 152 dealers. The engineers can quickly assess vehicle damage and help minimise customer inconvenience and vehicle time off the road.

At point of sale, for a new or used car customer, Suzuki also provides free seven day insurance cover and highly competitive quotes for a policy which offers a wide range of customer benefits. This is underwritten by Brit insurance who has appointed Verex as the Managing General Agent. It is designed specifically for Vehicle Manufacturers and dealers to help provide the highest level of customer support.
