The Beatles famously claimed in the song ‘A day in the life’ that there are 4,000 holes in Blackburn, Lancashire, but that isn’t going to stop Subaru’s rugged range of All-Wheel Drive vehicles from getting about. The Japanese manufacturer has teamed up with a new local dealer, Bay Horse Garage, who will be bringing the latest ‘Boxer’ engine technology to the folk of the Ribble Valley.

Established in 1966, the family-run dealership now boasts an impressive nine-car showroom, high-tech five-bay service area and employs 20 people. For over 40 years Bay Horse has built up an enviable reputation in Lancashire, servicing car buyers in the Blackburn, Preston and Lancasterareas.

Dealer Principal, Tim Hird, said: “Subaru is a perfect fit for our business. The brand builds excellent cars and we’re hopeful they will appeal to our large, loyal customer base. We are a business with a reputation for quality, and the quality of the current Subaru model range fits in perfectly with our ethos.”

Commenting on the appointment, Marketing Director of Subaru UK, Kenyon Neads, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Bay Horse into the Subaru fold. The team there has a huge amount of experience, and we are confident that the Subaru brand is in good hands. It’s clear that Subaru is the perfect fit for rural places like Osbaldeston and the surrounding area.”

For more information about the Subaru models available, please contact Sales Manager Paul Gaskell and the Bay Horse team on 0844 847 8971 or visit their website at bayhorsesubaru.co.uk. Opening hours are 08:30-18:00 weekdays, 09:00-16:00 on Saturdays and 12:00-16:00 Sundays.

The dealership is situated just off Longsight Road (the A59) near Osbaldeston, and is easily accessible from both the M6 and M65 motorways.
