Bryant Homes has something to celebrate after experiencing a storming success so far this year at its Morgans Orchard development in Kington.

Buoyed by the positive news the housing market has experienced recently, house hunters fed up of biding their time waiting to see what will happen next have decided to take advantage of house prices whilst they’re still relatively low, snapping up three homes at the development in the last month. Such is its popularity that there are only six homes remaining for sale at the development.

Anne Wallace, regional sales and marketing director, said: “Since its launch Morgans Orchard has received a great deal of interest from house hunters looking for a high quality home in an idyllic location, but this year we’ve experienced an increased surge in buyers keen to move onto or up the property ladder.

“We’re delighted with the success the new build development is experiencing and as there are only six homes remaining, urge those interested in starting a new life at Morgans Orchard to visit us now to avoid missing out.”

One of the new homes available at the development is the three bedroom Wessex. It’s the last home available under the HomeBuy Direct scheme* at the development and can be bought for just £101,497 (HBD price) – perfect for first time buyers. This terraced home is traditional in design and features a reception room, modern kitchen and cloak room on the ground floor. The master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite, two further bedrooms and a contemporary bathroom occupy the first floor.

Anne adds: “Based on our recent success we expect to be sold out very soon, so if you do miss out don’t worry, as you may find your dream home at our new Shobdon Oaks development in nearby Shobdon, where a stunning show home is opening at the beginning of May.”

Morgans Orchard enjoys an enviable location set in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside. In Kington the High Street caters for everyday needs with a post office, banks and chemists to a selection of local and national retailers. At the weekend the outstanding natural beauty of the Herefordshire countryside surrounding the development offers excellent opportunities for long walks and picnics.

Offa’s Dyke Path and the famed River Wye are both close by to Kington – perfect for nature lovers. Historians will be in their element with the ancient monuments of Four Stone and Arthur’s Stone as well as Brabury House, Burton Court and the National Trust’s Cwmmau Farmhouse.
