Award winning developer Crest Nicholson has been awarded top marks for customer satisfaction by the Home Builders Federation (HBF), the leading representative body for private housebuilders across the UK and Wales.

In its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, the results of which were announced last week, the HBF has awarded Crest Nicholson an outstanding 5 out of 5 stars as a testament to the company’s commitment to delivering high quality housing combined with excellent customer service.

The report grades developers on varying aspects of service to give an overall banding based on ‘Quality of home’ and ‘Recommendation’. Crest Nicholson scored 5 stars in each category, which equates to 90% or more of respondents stating that they were ‘very’ or ‘fairly satisfied’ with the quality of their new home , with the same percentage saying that they would be willing to recommend Crest Nicholson to a friend.
