Monarch flight operations update

Airspace over Monarch's UK airports is open and all flight departures are planned to operate as scheduled from Birmingham, Edinburgh, Luton and Manchester this afternoon, Monday 17 May. 

Flights from Gatwick are operating, but are subject to some disruption as a result of the airspace closure and air traffic restrictions imposed this morning. Customers booked to travel on flights from Gatwick are advised to check-in as normal for their flights.

Regular updates are being received from NATS (National Air Trafiic Services) and the MET Office and passengers are advised to check the Monarch website prior to going to the airport for the latest flight information.
