Skoda drives off with Which? Award

Affordable, solidly built cars and great customer care have consigned Skoda gags to the history books once and for all.

Skoda has a very high customer score (89 per cent) and  gets above average marks for both the quality of its dealerships (79 per cent) and its service (81 per cent).  Skoda also has a decent 79 per cent reliability score.

Honda, Hyundai, Lexus, Mazda and Volvo were also short-listed for the Award.

Which? Chief Executive, Peter Vicary-Smith, says: “Skoda is a car company ideally suited to the times, as people demand more but want to pay less.  It offers a great range of reasonably-priced, well- built cars and, perhaps most significantly, it outperforms its VW Group sister brands (Audi, Seat and VW) when it comes to the quality of customer care.”
