Colebrooke Collection scoops trio of awards

Local house-builder Taylor Wimpey North Thames has collected a hat-trick of awards for an iconic development of luxury homes in Islington, which blends the best of Georgian architecture with stunning contemporary design.

The Colebrooke Collection, 11 homes built on the site of a Victorian former school in Colebrooke Row, picked up awards in the ‘Best Large Family Home’, ‘Best Small Family Home’ and ‘Best Small Development’ categories at the recent New Home Awards.

Speaking after the prestigious ceremony, Duncan Jackson, Managing Director for Taylor Wimpey North Thames, said: “Collecting three awards for one small development is an outstanding achievement, and one which has filled us with pride.

The Colebrooke Collection comprises a trio of five-storey Georgian townhouses and two luxury apartments fronting onto Colebrooke Row, which have restored the elegant sequence of the existing Grade II Listed streetscape.

Six further townhouses have been set back from the road, offering a modern take on the traditional family home, by reinterpreting classical Georgian architecture into state-of-the-art design.

Inside, each property was given elegant and individual finishing touches by interior designer Tessa Ashley Miller.
