The Route 85 purchasing plan is open to first-time buyers, and enables them to own their home outright. The scheme allows purchasers to own 100 per cent of their new home and get 15 per cent free for ten years.
The 15 per cent share is funded by Explore Living on an interest-free basis to the buyer.
