HPI invests in expansion of Finance Gateway Team

As HPI Finance Gateway continues to grow, HPI is investing in staff to maintain and enhance the level of service dealers have come to expect from the product. In the first quarter of 2010 the sales team doubled and every dealer using HPI Finance Gateway now benefits from their own dedicated account manager, ensuring a premium quality of care.

With over 10 years of experience in the financial services sector, Michelle Morgan has been appointed the HPI Finance Gateway Support Team Manager,   Michelle will use her expertise and experience to further increase acceptance rates and paid out deals.

In addition, the ever growing HPI Finance Gateway team has gained Specialist Automotive Finance (SAF) Approved status, allowing HPI to display the acclaimed Finance and Leasing Association (FLA) kite-mark, which recognises a company’s commitment to increased professional standards and knowledge of motor finance.

The HPI Finance Gateway team including, James Edwards HPI Finance Gateway Sales Operations Manager, Darren Greenyer HPI Finance Gateway Operations Manager, the HPI Finance Gateway Account Managers, Michelle Morgan and everyone in the HPI Finance Gateway Contact Centre, join Automotive Director Daniel Burgess in gaining SAF Approved status.
