If the man in your life has been well and truly gripped by World Cup fever and you feel like you’ve been relegated to the sidelines, fear not, just show him the red card and substitute boredom for a beauty pampering session at Charles Church’s Cromwell Park development in Buckley.

Cromwell Park is hosting a free-to-attend make-over event, which kicks off from 7pm – 9pm on Thursday 24th June, whereby beauticians will be on hand to pay football widows some much needed attention!

Beauticians from Guerlain will be taking over Cromwell Park’s four bedroom detached Grasmere showhome to treat visitors to a make-over and fragrance testing session. Half-time refreshments will be available, there will be a raffle in aid of Charles Church’s charity partner, Dreams Come True where visitors can win a whole host of Guerlain cosmetics and guests will also be able to take away a luxurious goodie bag packed full of Guerlain treats.

Sue Baker, sales adviser at Charles Church’s Cromwell Park development, said: “After two weeks of back-to-back World Cup football, the ladies of Buckley need something to look forward to and our make-over event is sure to score highly with them!

“Whilst we are willing Capello’s boys to do well in the tournament, on 24th June, Cromwell Park will become a strictly football free zone for all football widows. What’s more, after their transformation, they will also be able to have chance to wander around the showhome at their leisure – giving them ideas to help them transform their home, whilst looking their very best.”

The make-over event is completely free to attend and is taking place at Cromwell Park, off Elfed Drive, Buckley, CH7 2RE.

The Cromwell Park development, which follows on from the success of The Common, includes a mix of elegantly designed two, three and four bedroom houses and two bedroom bungalows, all of which have been built to the high standard and premium specification synonymous with Charles Church. House hunters with a property to sell will be pleased to know that Charles Church is currently offering its Part Exchange incentive designed to ensure your move is smooth running and hassle free.

In addition, Charles Church is also offering selected properties at the development under its Fair Share banner whereby purchasers pay just 85 per cent of the value with the remaining percentage not payable for ten years or until the home is re-sold - whichever comes first, with no interest to pay on the outstanding balance. Ideal for those on lower incomes and for the growing number of people wanting to buy on their own, the Fair Share scheme is an ideal option for many buyers as it means they are able to buy a home without having the cost of the whole mortgage, with no fees or monthly rental to pay on the remaining percentage.

For further information on the make-over event at Cromwell Park, or to book a place, visit the marketing suite, open Thursday to Monday from 10.30am until 5.30pm.
