Open Event at popular Blenheim Grange development in Watton

Following the success of the first phase of new homes developed at Blenheim Grange in Watton in Norfolk, Orbit Homes is launching the start of Phase 2 with an Open Event on Saturday 3rd July 2010.

Taking place from 10am to 3pm, the event will give potential home-owners the opportunity to find out more about the houses on offer and about the New Build HomeBuy scheme which is helping hundreds of people take their first step onto the property ladder. An Independent Financial Adviser will also be available during the event to provide no obligation advice to those requiring it.

Located on the former RAF Watton site, and built by Lovell Partnerships Ltd, the first properties are due for completion in October this year they include four 2-bedroom houses and six 3-bedroom houses.
