Incredibly 100% of recent buyers at Countryside Annington’s Ridgemont development, in Mill Hill, have relocated from within North West London, thereby strengthening the area’s popularity. Local residents state that they find the variety of good schools, restaurants and open spaces a huge staying power.

Ridgemont, a joint venture development between Countryside Properties and Annington, which enjoys a premier position on the edge of Mill Hill’s conservation area, has announced the release of some long awaited four bedroom houses and a beautiful new show home. Having sold many houses off-plan when they were first released, Countryside Annington is now expecting a flurry of interest with demand further heightened by the show home.

Chris Crook, Subsidiary Managing Director, Countryside Properties, comments: “The launch of these additional four bedroom houses is an important milestone for Ridgemont which is tantamount to the success the development has enjoyed. The new show home reflects the development’s contemporary design and offers potential purchasers the opportunity to imagine themselves living within Ridgemont and owning a truly outstanding property. With everything one could possibly want right on your doorstep, it seems only natural that many locals wish to continue living in the area. ”

Rashmi Kent, a recent purchaser at Ridgemont comments: “After looking at many different properties in the area, I finally viewed Ridgemont and realised it had everything I needed. The property is spacious, has a private beautifully landscaped garden, is well designed and comes with shiny new fittings. I was so impressed that I purchased a four bedroom house for myself as well as a two bedroom apartment for my daughter!”

The Ridgemont development is located off Frith Lane in Mill Hill and currently offers contemporary two bedroom apartments and four bedroom houses. The Montana family house offers four generous bedrooms arranged over three floors and features a landscaped garden with decked terrace off the dining room, a double tandem garage, and a balcony leading from the living room on the first floor. A beautifully designed kitchen with granite worktops incorporates a full range of integrated appliances including a stainless steel oven and grill, integrated fridge / freezer, washer / dryer, a dishwasher and microwave. Both the en-suite and family bathrooms feature striking white sanitary ware, stone coloured tiling and elegantly finished chrome fittings.

In spite of its green surroundings, Ridgemont is just two miles from Mill Hill Broadway’s wide range of high street shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes. There are many leisure facilities in the local area, including Finchley Golf Club, Frith Manor Equestrian Centre, tennis courts, a cricket ground, playing fields and a Virgin Active gym. Residents also have easy access to scenic rural walks that feel a long way from the busy city life.

Mill Hill East underground station, on the Northern Line, is close by while the M1, A1 and the A41 are easily accessible. Mill Hill is also well served by buses, which run regular services into London and the surrounding area.

Prices for the four bedroom town houses at Ridgemont start from £630,000 with two bedroom apartments also available from £330,000. The marketing suite is open from Thursday to Sunday from 10am-5pm and Monday from 1pm – 5pm.
