Apartment appeal - a new style of home now on offer at Freshney Green

Stamford Homes has launched a range of two-bedroom apartments at its popular Freshney Green development in Grimsby.

Built over three floors, the 13 apartments will have wide appeal for customers looking for something relatively small and easy to manage and maintain.

They are equally suitable for first time buyers keen to get a foot on the housing ladder, or more mature customers looking to downsize. There will be lift access to the second and third floors.

Each apartment will have its own parking space, and prices currently start from £89,950, with a completion date of January 2011.

The apartments will form part of the overall Freshney Green development in Grimsby, which currently offers a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes from £109,950.

The award-winning development has proved popular with everyone from first time buyers to former Shoreline Housing Partnership tenants who have returned to the area.

These include residents recently moving in to two state-of-the-art bungalows designed to offer independent living to disabled homeowners.

For more details about the apartments or the Freshney Green development, visit the sales and marketing suite from Thursday to Monday, 10.30am until 5pm.
