Stamford Homes is to build on its existing success in and around Hull, with plans for more than 100 new energy efficient homes in Beverley.

The Flemingate development, located close to the city centre, will be made up of a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes - built in varying styles to appeal to everyone from first time buyers, families, couples or single people.

The 130-home development is subject to planning consent and will be built on a previously developed brownfield site off Armstrong Way.

This is Stamford Homes’ second development in the town, with the exciting Vision development in Beverley now down to its final few four-bedroom homes left for sale.

Stamford Homes director Steve Woomble said: “We are really excited about this development which located right in the heart of the town.

“It will boast some fabulously designed homes, perfect for energy conscious customers looking for a modern, contemporary place to live.”
