Final chance to HomeBuy Direct in Malvern
One of the most widely-used home buying incentives, the 70 per cent shared equity HomeBuy Direct scheme, is coming to a close in just a few weeks, which is why leading homebuilder Persimmon Homes South Midlands is urging househunters in Malvern to register their interest as soon as possible before they potentially miss out.
“HomeBuy Direct has been an invaluable tool for those earning a household income of less than £60,000 as a way of achieving property ownership,” comments Alison Reading, sales director for Persimmon Homes South Midlands.
