Taylor Wimpey’s Easy Start scheme lets first-time buyers secure selected properties now for only 75% of the price at developments of flats and houses for sale in the East Midlands.

Aspiring homeowners struggling to get a foothold on the property ladder are being offered a fantastic opportunity to purchase brand new Taylor Wimpey homes for sale in the East Midlands – for just 75% of the price!

The leading housebuilder’s amazing Easy Start initiative means first-time buyers don’t need to save for a hefty deposit on selected East Midlands homes in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire and Peterborough.
