Taylor Wimpey urges homebuyers to register their interest now as it prepares to unveil its Aura development of flats for sale in Croydon.

Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is creating a stunning new collection of contemporary apartments in Croydon.

Aura, off Sydenham Road, will be an exciting development of 49 stylish one, two and three-bedroom Croydon flats benefiting from secure underground parking, and located within easy reach of central London.

Work on the new homes is due to start in September but property-seekers are urged to register an interest now to be among the first to receive the latest information about this fabulous collection of property for sale in Croydon.

Paula Carter, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “New build flats in South London sell fast, so home-hunters should act now if they want to be among the first to take their pick from these superb new homes in Croydon.

“Aura will be attractive to a wide range of home-hunters looking for apartments for sale in Croydon and the surrounding area, and offers the very best in contemporary urban living just a short distance from the City.

“Prices are yet to be confirmed for the new homes but they will represent excellent value for money – so would-be buyers should contact us today to stand a chance of securing their dream home.”

Commuters will appreciate that Aura is just a short walk from East Croydon railway station, which offers frequent services into Central London in less than 20 minutes and Brighton in under an hour. Croydon also benefits from Tramlink, which has its main hub at the railway station.

The A23 and A22 are close by, putting the M25 within easy reach, and Gatwick Airport is just 21 miles from the development.

Croydon is a bustling town with excellent shopping, boosted by the massive Whitgift and Centrale shopping centres, which include Marks & Spencer, Debenhams and House of Fraser among their top names. A John Lewis at home is due to open soon in Croydon and the town also boasts a host of restaurants, bars and night-spots.

Croydon benefits from a thriving cultural scene. The Croydon Clocktower arts complex houses the David Lean cinema, in honour of the famous director who was born in the town, as well as a museum and library, while the town also features theatres, a concert hall and a gallery.

Excellent sporting facilities include Croydon Sports Arena for athletics, golf courses, leisure and fitness centres and opportunities for sailing and riding.

To the south of Croydon are the North Downs and beautiful countryside just waiting to be explored, while to the north are all the famous tourist attractions of London. Further afield, but still easily accessible, is the south coast and the delights of a day out at the beach.
