Perodua maintains growth as market slows

17th August 2010 Print

Despite an overall fall in new car registrations for the first time after twelve consecutive months of growth, Perodua are one of the few manufacturers to see a rise in registrations in July compared to last year. With a 17.7% increase in July, Perodua has achieved an increase in registrations every month this year, with year-to-date registrations up by an impressive 60.9% on last year.

The great value Myvi super-mini has played an important part in this success with its appealing price tag and high specification leading to an incredible 81.5% increase in July registrations compared to last year.

With the announcement that Perodua are extending its generous £1,000 swappage allowance offer until the end of October, the Myvi is still available from as little as £6,799 and has a lot to offer for such a low price. Air conditioning, four electric windows and an integral radio/CD player come as standard on the Myvi along with electric door mirrors, central locking and power steering.

Customers should visit peroduauk.com to find out more about the great value Myvi and for further details of the current offers available from Perodua, including the recently extended £1,000 swappage allowance offer.
