With apartment prices at ‘Miller Homes @ The Rock’ starting at just £68,000 you may think that things could not get better? With Miller Homes MiWay initiative buying a new home is about to get a whole lot easier.

Miller Homes’ MiWay initiative has already helped hundreds of homebuyers get on to the property ladder in recent times. Miller is now introducing the scheme at its landmark development ‘Miller Homes @ The Rock’, in the heart of Bury’s new town centre shopping area.

Louise McMullen bought a new two bedroom apartment using MiWay at Miller Homes’ Greenwich Gardens development in Leigh. She says: “Buying a home using Miller Homes’ MiWay scheme enabled me to get on the property ladder, as I was able to purchase a 2 bedroom apartment for a good price. I would encourage other young people to use the MiWay scheme to get on the property ladder.”

The MiWay scheme enables purchasers to buy a new home without having to pay the full purchase price up front. The scheme allows buyers to pay from 85% now and the balance up to ten years later or when they sell their home, which ever comes first, yet they still own 100% of their home from day one. With MiWay people could find it easier to get the home they want now, whilst there is still good value to be found and interest rates are low. MiWay could also put the purchaser in a stronger position when applying for a mortgage.

Miller Home buyers David Bailey and Rachel Weightman also found they could afford their perfect home with MiWay. David says: “MiWay helped us buy our first home together. We found buying using Miller Homes’ MiWay scheme straightforward and I would happily recommend it to people. For us it was a really simple, easy process.”

New homes in a vibrant location…

The Rock is the largest retail, leisure and residential scheme to open in the UK in 2010 and is the new place to be in the North West. The development has over sixty retail stores, including M&S, Next, Primark and Debenhams, a 1,250 space car park, eight restaurants, a 10 screen Vue cinema and a 24 lane AMF bowling centre.

Tracey Kelly Sales Adviser at Miller Homes, says: “People recognise that a new home offers great value for money. MiWay shows our commitment to help first time buyers in to home ownership. Our research shows home buying is no longer a confidence issue in the current climate but it’s a matter of affordability. The MiWay scheme offers people the chance to buy a high quality home in one of the most sought after locations in the North West at MiWay prices from £57,800 now.”
