Double your deposit with Miller Homes in Liverpool

Miller Homes is offering to double the deposit for people buying a new home at its Connaught Green development in Liverpool.

The Deposit Match initiative was introduced by Miller Homes with the sole purpose of assisting people to get on the property ladder. First time buyers, or those having to start again due to a relationship breakdown, are still finding it hard to get a mortgage and Deposit Match makes it much easier.

With Deposit Match, whatever deposit the buyer saves, up to 5% of the property value, Miller Homes will match it, with the effect of doubling the deposit money. The scheme offers two immediate benefits. With up to 10% of the purchase price as a deposit, more mortgage products should be available to buyers. By putting down a larger deposit, the value of the mortgage is also reduced making the monthly mortgage interest payments less than before the Deposit Match.
