New Skoda retailer for Aylesbury
Hughes Skoda in Aylesbury, previously an established approved repairer, has boosted its Skoda offering in the area after launching their new retailer in the town.
Having been working with Skoda in Aylesbury as a repairer since May 2009, the team at Hughes have a wealth of experience working with the brand and already run one successful Skoda retailer and repairer based at Farnham Common.
Located on Bicester Road, the retailer will be offering the full range of award-winning Skoda models, including the brand new Fabia vRS and the Yeti, recently named Auto Express Car of the Year 2010, in addition to full servicing for all Skodas, as well as a selection of used cars.

The current Skoda range consists of five models: the Fabia super-mini, the innovative Roomster MPV, the multi-purpose Octavia, the Yeti crossover and the luxurious Superb. The most recent addition to the range was the hotly anticipated return of the Fabia vRS, the fast-paced derivative of the Fabia hatch.
Unveiled in July 2010 the Fabia vRS has become an icon of the Skoda range and is the fastest production Fabia ever built. The new model builds on its predecessor’s reputation for high performance, low running costs and remarkable value for money and includes a three-spoke multi-function leather sports steering wheel with paddles, seven speed DSG (Direct Shift Gearbox) transmission as standard and 1.4 litre TSI turbo and supercharged engine, combined with the car’s sporty design.
2010 has been a record breaking year so far for Skoda, most recently the manufacturer was honoured at the Auto Express awards scooping five awards at the prestigious event. The awards included ‘Car of the Year 2010’ and ‘Best Crossover’ for the Yeti, ‘Best Family Car’ for the Superb hatch and ‘Best Estate Car’ for the Superb Estate. Skoda was also awarded the sought-after ‘Driver Power Award’.
