Have a cuppa with Redrow in Bromborough

A trio of show homes is opening this weekend in Wirral and to celebrate Redrow is hosting a traditional afternoon tea.
From next Saturday (September 18), visitors to the new Dibbin Brook phase at Woodlands Grange in Bromborough will be able to look inside the three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ plus the four-bedroom ‘Chester’ and ‘Oxford’ designs from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection.
And on the Sunday potential purchasers will be invited to join Redrow for afternoon tea.
Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), said: “Research with customer focus groups has told us that people looking to buy a new home think show homes are ‘very important’ or even ‘essential’, with some customers saying they were unable to picture a house without one.
“And while some homebuyers have the confidence to buy ‘off plan’ others say they can’t visualise the layout of a property without visiting a show home. With that in mind, we’re opening the doors to a trio of show homes, dressed to impress by our team of professional interior designers.”
The New Heritage Collection was inspired by the architecture of the Arts and Crafts movement of the late 19th century – and evident in many of the so-called ‘character’ homes of later periods, especially the 1920s and 30s. The ‘Warwick’, with its traditional bay window and decorative door cornice, is a prime example of why the designs have stood the test of time.
But behind the traditional exteriors of Redrow’s new homes, hide modern interiors styled for 21st century living.
“The New Heritage Collection enables Redrow customers to enjoy the external character of a ‘period’ style property but with all the benefits of a practical, modern interior,” Elaine commented.
“With fashionable kitchen designs, including floor to ceiling units and top name appliances, plus sleek modern bathrooms with quality fixtures and fittings, buyers won’t have to worry about finding the time or the money for expensive repairs, renovations or modernisation. And because new homes are generally more energy efficient than their older counterparts, they’re potentially cheaper to run.”
Three-bedroom homes from the New Heritage Collection at Dibbin Brook at Woodlands Grange are available from £174,995, with four-bedroom properties on the market from £236,995.
Set in a tranquil location, but with plenty of local amenities including the Croft Retail Park nearby, residents can choose their pace of life.
Close to major motorway networks and with a train station just a mile away, it’s a good base for commuting to Liverpool city centre and beyond.
To experience the homes for yourself, visit Dibbin Brook at Woodlands Grange, this weekend – or join Redrow for afternoon tea on Sunday between 12noon and 4pm.
