Leicester family move up the ladder with Crest Nicholson

The Odedra family were ready to move up the property ladder but were being held back by their old home until Crest Nicholson stepped in.

With part-exchange Raju and Viji Odedra enjoyed a hassle free move to beautiful brand new home at The Pines, in the popular Leicester suburb of Humberstone.

“We wanted to sell our end terrace as it was on a busy main road, with buses going past every 10 minutes. Our daughter Kajal is one and we wanted a home that was more suited to family living,” Raju explained.

“We weren’t particularly looking for a new build property, but fell in love with the secluded location of The Pines and the quality of the homes. Our old house was already on the market with an estate agent, but we hadn’t had much interest in it so we were delighted when we learned that Crest were willing to buy it from us.”

Part-exchange means Crest customers, like the Odedras, don’t have the burden of having to find a buyer for their old home.

“We chose a three-bedroom Kennett-style detached home and Crest did the rest – they arranged for old home to be valued and paid the estate agent’s fees. Moving home is a big decision but part-exchange took the strain out of it,” Raju commented.
