Visitors to Laing Homes’ Queen’s Hills development of houses for sale in Norwich can pick up culinary tips from a top local chef this Saturday 16th October.

Maurice Marshall-Cuttell, head chef at the Loch Fyne seafood restaurant in Norwich, will be creating a selection of dishes from the restaurant’s new winter menu between 12pm and 4pm in the spacious Laing showhome kitchen at the development of new houses in Norwich.

Those coming along to see the demonstration will have the opportunity to taste the fresh, mouth-watering treats being cooked up – and experience a flavour of life at this sought after development of new homes in Costessey, just six miles from the bustling city centre.

Stacy Dornan, regional Sales and Marketing Director for the housebuilder, says: “We are really excited about welcoming a professional chef from Loch Fyne into the Laing Homes show kitchen at our Queen’s Hills development of property for sale in Norwich.

“The cookery demonstration will give a real flavour of what it will be like to cook in a beautiful new home kitchen, and visitors in search of their ideal house in Norwich will be able to sample some fabulous seafood dishes as well!”

A choice of brand new homes in Norwich, all benefiting from Laing Homes’ high standard specification, is currently available at Queen’s Hills, off Alex Moorhouse Way in Costessey, with prices starting at £130,045* for three-bedroom designs available with shared equity for first-time buyers, and £189,995 for four-bedroom detached family homes.

While first-time buyers can benefit from Laing’s Easy Start shared equity initiative, through which selected homes are available to own now for just 85% of the full price, customers with a property to sell can use the easymover scheme, which finds a buyer for their current home and pays their estate agency fees.
