Housebuilder Morris has seen first time buyers flocking to its Regent’s Crescent development in Muxton to get expert property advice before they take the leap onto the property ladder.

The housebuilder has partnered with an independent financial advisor to offer specialist advice that will help guide first time buyers through the moving process. Last weekend a surge of homebuyers turned out to speak to the advisor who spent the weekend at the development.

First time buyers and key workers are able to find out how they can take advantage of incentives like the Government’s HomeBuy Direct scheme which allows homebuyers to purchase selected properties at the development from as little as 70 per cent of the market price without needing a large deposit.

Julie Smith, regional sales director for Morris, said: “Buying a brand new home direct from a housebuilder is a lot simpler than buying a second hand property.

“It can be difficult knowing where to start for some first time buyers. Speaking to one of our expert advisors at Regent’s Crescent allows first time homebuyers to talk through their options and find out more about how Morris can help homebuyers have a quick and hassle-free move.”

In addition to the HomeBuy Direct Scheme, Morris also includes fitted carpets and curtains and a furniture package on selected properties at the Regent’s Crescent development.

The development is a mix of apartments, two and three bedroom townhouses and larger four and five bedroom properties, designed to give that community feel. The desirable development is surrounded by countryside and is just a stones throw away from all the local amenities.

Morris currently has a range of homes available at Regent’s Crescent starting from just £87,325*.
